Returns Policy

Incorrect Size: all product returns for incorrect size must be returned to Pup Squad HQ within 21 days of your order. All Tags and original packaging must be in tact. Free Returns are available – please email us at admin@pupsquad.com.au to log your return and receive your Free Return Shipping code. 

PLEASE INCLUDE THESE DETAILS: to log your return for incorrect size please indicate your replacement preference.

Faulty Goods: While all due care is taken to ensure you receive your Pup Squad goods in perfect working order, sometimes things don’t go to plan. 

Pup Squad will work with you to replace any faulty items as soon as possible.

 Refunds for faulty goods are to be approved by Pup Squad HQ under exceptional circumstances, on a case by case basis- please email us at admin@pupsquad.com.au and provide us with pictures of your faulty item so that we can work with you to provide a solution ASAP.

The faulty item/s will be required to be sent back to Pup Squad HQ (free return code via the link) so that quality control can be informed to prevent the same issues from occurring in the future. We appreciate your support in helping us to provide quality goods to our Pup Squad pups.

 

 

Please note:

Refunds are NOT provided for change of mind under any circumstances.

For incorrect sizing- a replacement in the correct size will be offered, with any pricing difference to be paid by the buyer or credited by Pup Squad depending on the circumstances of change.

Replacements for faulty goods will be provided asap. Refunds under exceptional circumstances are to be approved by Pup Squad HQ on a case by case basis. Please follow the link to log your request.

Pup Squad do not provide replacements or refunds for any items exhibiting general wear and tear, sun fading, chlorine bleaching, damage resulting from incorrect wash and care methods or items failing outside of 30 days use.
