Pup Squad ship using Sendle.

All orders are shipped within 2-4 days, at our earliest convenience, in order of purchase. Sale periods and high volume sales may result in this shipping timeframe extending slightly – however, we will call in the squad to get your goods out the door as soon as we possibly can!

Tracking: If you provided your email address at the checkout you will receive tracking details via email to allow you to track your parcel. 

Pup Squad endeavour to ship your goodies to you in an efficient and timely manner so that you can begin enjoying your accessories ASAP. However, once they leave our HQ your good are in the hands of Sendle. Pup Squad do not take responsibility for any postage delays due to Sendle issues, as these are simply out of our control.
